2. Contact to connect the devices to the network on
the appropriate VLAN
3. Contact IT to join the devices to the domain
4. Contact IT Security group to add anti-virus to
the device (make sure to keep device off of the McAfee encryption list)
5. Set the server to Auto Log On
6. Confirm all necessary displays for Video wall are
communicating and can be seen by the servers and there is connectivity to all
displays
Prepare the canvas controllers
1. Install Cnario:
· Load Signed Cnario Certificate with proper
Device/machine name
· Check version
· Change Name of Device
· Delete Canvas Controller under the Display Device
tab;
· Set broadcast address in Watchdog
settings to match the VLAN
· Set Timers:

2. Change Application Privileges to Admin
· Program Files(x86)/C-nario/Cnario Universal

· Compatibility tab
· Check box to change privileges to Admin
· Apply/ok
· Launch CCCore64 to force it to change the CCCore
application
· Close applications: CC Core, Cnario and watchdog
· Delete all logs in program files
(x86)/Cnario/watchdog/logs
· Start Cnario and check logs to ensure C CCore x86
is playing and broadcast address is correct
3. File Name Unique/Redundancy set-up for UP's
· Both UP's use the same index set up in registry
by going into the regedit:

4. Set UP Chainmail Connections In Messenger:
· Back-up the chainmail information before making
changes
5. Import Chainmail Connections in Cnario Messenger
· Once all connections are verified and the network
is communicating on all devices, delete the Message link from
messenger to machine (delete once connection is established)
