EDID - Display Reports 4K

LG clover displays 55" report by default 4K. LG display blocking the refresh rate to 30fps and doesn't allow for changes. Windows or the GPU driver (AMD) does not allow to change it to 1K. There is a way to lock the resolution through INF file. INF would lock the resolution to whatever is needed (applying it through the display driver in windows7. In windows10 applying it through the EDID emulation menu of the AMD driver.

The attached document explains of how to apply it in windows7. The same process for Window10, just by using the EDID emulation menu.
