Sequence Orchestration Rule Configurations

Video Wall Orchestration “Sequence Rule” Opening Times and Settings

The SDS provides an option that allows for specific airlines to open and close the video wall orchestration at a specific time frame. This is the “Start Sequence Rule” and the “End Sequence Rule”. The settings can be global settings and/or airline specific. The setting controls when the video wall will begin and/or end the content orchestration. This Setting feature configuration can be located here:

 C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SynectDataServer\App_Data\ConfigurationFiles\GOAA-COMMON\OrchestrationModuleConfiguration.json

Global Settings Configurations:

·       The “Start Sequence Rule” in the example above is set to 270 minutes and is global. This will begin the sequence timing rules to begin opening all airline video walls 4 ½ hours prior to the departure time set by the ComNet XML feed.

·       The “End Sequence Rule” in the example above is set to 30 minutes and is global. This will begin the sequence timing rules to close all airline video walls 30 minutes after the departure time set by the ComNet XML feed.

Custom Airline Setting Configurations:

·       The “Start and End sequences” can be customized and set for individual airlines by changing the timers in the same configuration files. Just add the airline information in the following format with the specified times. Any airline not listed will follow the “Global” time settings in the file.

**Please make sure to reset the iis on both devices in order to set any

   OrchestrationModuleConfiguration.json file changes.
