Adding a new counter title

 

1.      Solutions team will send the complete delivery to be added to the GOAA environment 

2.      Download to Z: Drive/GOAA Content SAN server into the proper folder in existing tree 

3.      In the resource library, Create a new folder with today’s date in the proper folder in the existing tree 

4.      Add the assets and create a sequence in the existing (in use) CT folder 

5.      Use the proper naming convention of the counter title provided by Solutions 

6.      Create a new track with CT sequence in the CT_Basic_Solves sequence 

7.      The new content is ready to be deployed and verified using pin verification 

8.      In the SDS, create a backup of the Quadairline.json and AirlineCounterTitlePins.json 

9.      Edit on both messenger devices

                        ** files may sync automatically, after IIs restart, check file on primary to ensure files synced properly**

10.   IIs restarts on both devices 

11.   Test in SDMC 

12.   Verify on VW if applicable
