YCD Event Log Collection Process


1.      Place all displays for area affected on fail over

2.      Verify issue in C-nario snapshot

 

 

 

3.      Stop all processes on the Redundant UP

4.      Stop all processes on the Primary UP

5.      Stop all processes on the affected CC Core

6.      Collect all necessary Logs

a.      Redundant UP: Event Logs and watchdog logs

b.      Primary UP: Event Logs and watchdog logs

c.      CC Core: Event Logs and watchdog logs

7.      Restart C-nario on CC Core

8.      Restart C-nario on Primary UP

a.      Check snapshot for playback

9.      Restart C-nario on Redundant UP

10.   Verified playback in snapshot  

 

 

11.   Stop all processes on the Redundant UP

12.   Stop all processes on the Primary UP

13.   Stop all processes on the affected CC Core

14.   Collect new Watchdog logs

a.      CC Core

b.      Both UP’s

15.   Restart C-nario on CC Core

16.   Restart C-nario on Primary UP

17.   Restart C-nario on Secondary UP

18.   Verify playback in Cnario

 

19.   Verify frame rates

 

 

20.   Removed fail over and verify live playback

21.   Place log files in Dropbox, send to relevant parties.
